Contracts can mean so much to your business but their language is often impenetrable. We can help you decipher the jargon. If the language isn’t favorable, we can advise on what it should be – and prepare strong reasons for why it should change. If change is not possible, we can boil down the risk so that you can decide if the risk is worthwhile and then make an educated business decision about taking on that risk. Our goal is placing you in the best possible position considering the facts and context.

We have negotiated hundreds of contracts (perhaps thousands but we haven’t kept count), in the U.S., China, and other countries. We can help you with point-by-point negotiation strategies and big picture negotiation understanding. We can advise you behind the scenes, at your side as a known advisor, or we can negotiate on your behalf – whatever best suits your needs and the situation. We are experienced negotiating with counter-parts from other cultural backgrounds and bring years of cross-border deals to the table. Our normal negotiation style is collaborative win-win, but we know how to respond to other styles to help achieve a favorable outcome. Our clients understand the advantage that our negotiation experience can achieve for them.
